1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember things between page loads — log-in state, preferences, security tokens. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage, and pixel tags; for simplicity this policy refers to all of them as “cookies”.
2. Categories we use
Our public marketing site (https://mynext.one) loads only strictly-necessary cookies by default. Inside the product (admin panel, dispatch console, mobile apps) additional functional cookies are needed for the Service to work.
| Category | Why | Examples | Consent? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Sign-in, security tokens, load balancing, cookie-banner preference itself. | __Host-mn1-session, mn1-cookie-consent | Not required |
| Functional | Remember language, theme, last-visited route, last-used filter. | mn1-locale, mn1-theme | Not required |
| Analytics | Aggregate page-view and feature-use statistics so we can improve the product. Currently disabled on the marketing site. | None at this time | Yes (when enabled) |
| Marketing | Personalised advertising or retargeting. We do not use these. | None | Yes (if introduced) |
3. Third-party cookies
We do not embed third-party advertising or social-media tracking on our marketing site. Inside the product we use the following processors whose own cookies you may encounter:
- Microsoft Azure — load balancing and security.
- Google Firebase — authentication, push notification routing.
4. How to manage cookies
- Cookie banner: when analytics or marketing cookies are introduced, the banner shown on first visit lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the
mn1-cookie-consententry from your browser's storage. - Browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Doing so may break parts of the Service. See documentation for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
- Mobile apps: device-level controls under your iOS or Android privacy settings let you reset advertising identifiers and revoke push permission.
5. Changes
We will update this page when our cookie use changes and revise the date at the top. Please check periodically.
